Shipping & Returns
Orders have a $5.95 shipping fee, Free Shipping over $35+ order total.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business week. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-7 business days for standard shipping and processing.
For any express shipping such as overnight, two day and three day, the order must be placed on a business day by 12:00pm PST to ensure delivery. All express orders placed within the stated business days will arrive with the requested method of shipping delivery no matter the location on the above map.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Order & Shipping Confirmation
An email will be sent to you with a copy of your order shortly after placing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.
If you need to cancel an order that you have already placed, please email us with the subject Order #____ CANCEL. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If at any time within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, please email us at email@example.com and we will replace or refund your product. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Customers are responsible for paying freight. Once a return is received at our offices, we will process the return in 3-5 business days.
